Sombient is an application offered by Codera (codera.dev.br). Full legal entity details will be published when available.

• We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sombient on your device.
• Sombient is provided AS-IS, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
• Sombient is not a medical device and is not treatment.
• We make no medical or therapeutic claims — including about sleep disorders, anxiety, tinnitus, or ADHD.
• Ambient audio is for personal relaxation or focus only.
• Subscriptions, billing, and refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
• There is no support or availability SLA.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Codera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Sombient.
• Governing law and jurisdiction: to be completed with entity details.
